Heat of the Moment?

It would appear that the prolonged Democratic race is taking at least a short-term toll on party unity, as measured by the percentages of Hillary and Obama backers who wouldn't support the opposing candidate in the general election. I believe the numbers are as high as they have ever been. For example, among Hillary backers in North Carolina, less than 50% say they would vote for Obama in the general.
