Kate Klonick

Kate Klonick is a reporter-blogger at TPMmuckraker. Previously, she worked as an associate producer at ABCNews.com and an editorial intern at Esquire magazine. She is currently working on a book on the Equal Rights Amendment with help from a grant at the Schlesinger Library at Harvard University.

Kate studied modern American history at Brown University, where she wrote for the Brown Daily Herald, served as a Meiklejohn Advisor, and participated in the Writing Fellows program. She also founded Women in the World, a group that seeks to create dialogue on work-life issues and that pairs senior women with alumnae mentors.

Outside of politics and journalism, her interests include neurolaw, baseball and comic books. She currently lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with her turtle Mott.
