Communicating up and down the Dem network
The major concern I have lies in the responsiveness that I found in the Dem sites. Reponsiveness was 0. I sent emails, and never got anything except fund-raising appeals. I sent in ideas, some pretty good. NADA. I sent in suggestions, other things.
How can we re-engineer the Dem Party to make it responsive to its fan base? This is vital - you want to make contributions, and understand that they have been received.

I suppose I'd like more reponsiveness, too, but I'm not sure what that would entail. Personal letters or e-mails? I can't imagine that personalization on that level is possible.
Or do you think that the DNC is not even responsive to citizen groups, such as MoveOn?
It seems to me that last year the Party became more responsive and more connected to its base than it had in quite some time. I don't expect party organizations to respond to me in any kind of a personal way. What I want is efficiency and electoral success. And certain pols are taking advantage of the web to connect better. John Conyers posts regularly over at Kos. And John Edwards is here this week.
