U.S. Rep. Henry Bonilla (R-TX) has introduced legislation to rename Washington, DC's 16th Street NW as "Ronald Reagan Boulevard".  16th Street is a major avenue running north from the White House through several significant minority neighborhoods.  This would amount to yet another stinking pile of colonialist feces dropped before the faces of Washington's citizenry.
