Clinton To Sue Over Texas Caucuses
McClatchy Newspapers is reporting that the Texas Democratic Party is warned that its March 4 caucuses could be delayed or disrupted in response to notification from Clinton aides that their could be an "imminent" lawsuit over its complicated delegate selection process.

Quoth the Hillary acolyte two days ago: "If and when the time comes, I have no doubt that Hillary Clinton will do the right thing: get out of the race and endorse Barack Obama. After all, she's a realist and a good Democrat."
Sure, when I think about Hillary's campaign this past month, both realism and party loyalty immediately jump to mind.

Why am I not surprised The IRON WITCH will say or do anything to steal the Nomination.Look for a ROYAL RUMBLE guys over this one.I also would not be surprised if this goes to the convention Floor.

If they do this, or even raise the threat level a little higher, I would look for some big endorsements against Clinton in the next few days.
This is the third strike, Nevada, Florid/Michigan, and now Texas!

I guess this is part of the kitchen sink approach. If you can't when, then try to change the rules, get all the superdelegates, and include states that have been excluded.
Don't you just love the way the a democratic candidate implies the means justify the ends. Wait a minute - isn't that a tactic right out of the Karl Rove playbook?
