I must agree DS's thought is ridiculous on its face. Maybe Josh just wanted too give us a laugh.
How come Josh never publicly shares my rants and diatribes against Hillary Clinton?
You have to admit that that one was especial.
It brought me quite a laugh and an understanding of what some out there might have in mind, talking about politely taking turns for the Presidency as if we were in a school yard.
Laugh had.
Thanks Josh.
Seriously, though, how could anyone paying attention suggest that someone whose campaign is essentially broke and whose approval rating is at it's lowest point since 2001 head a ticket, let alone be anywhere at all on the ticket.
DS' Comment: For us to poop on.
I wthink we are nearing the end of the "anger" stage and entering into the "bargaining" stage.
And let us pray the "acceptance" stage comes quickly.
I propose that from now on when folks like Ed Rendell make the Clinton/Obama dream team suggestion that the DNC order them to wear a big red nose, a giant orange wig and clown shoes.
Hey, I agree with DS!!
At least when he says:
"The solution cannot be for viable candidates to set aside their ambitions long before a nominee has been clearly chosen."
I don't know how you would describe Barack Obama except as a "viable candidate", no?
1 - HRC is not a "viable" candidate; she's lost...
2 - Obama has won, period.
This has been the reality of the campaign for over a month. Hence, DS's comments are simply delusional thinking. The HRC campaign is bankrupt both financially and in ideas. The brass-knuckles politics of HRC hasn't worked and will not work.
But, but it's Clinton's turn.
I must agree DS's thought is ridiculous on its face. Maybe Josh just wanted too give us a laugh.
