Thom Hartmann's theory is that Limbaugh Repubs voted Hillary instead of for their own guy. Thom uses these numbers and the number of under-votes to make his claim. His argument definitely makes one wonder. Repubs definitely want to see Hillary go against McCain. Wasn't Bill on Limbaugh's show recently?
