Hillary's Lead in PA a Sign of Chaos?
This from some guy named "Ezekial" commenting on The New Republic pro-Obama article about the flurry of voter registrations and cross-overs in PA:
"The vast majority of 'new' Democrats are folks like me who switched because of Operation Chaos. We are simply tring to prolong the Dems misery by voting for Clinton."

This kind of thing is not at all new to primary elections. When the candidate of one party has been settled the voters of that party often cross over to vote in the other party's primary to cause mischief.
I did so myself in a late '80s WA state primary for governor, crossing over to vote in the republican primary for the far right whack job, whom the democrat handily defeated in the general elections.

So glad we have children voting now. I hope one day you have to defend democracy.

I'm guessing Operation Chaos was up and running well before Iowa...in order to support Obama.
It's so funny, Obama and his supporters. If Republicans vote for him, it's because of his appeal across party lines, but if Republicans support Hillary, it's because of some "Operation Chaos." Get over it - Obama's nothing new.

Do you ever use facts at all in coming to your conclusions, or do you rely solely on guesses? Operation Chaos was started in late February by Rush Limbaugh.
If you can't understand the difference between a Republican voting for Clinton (or Obama) because they genuinely like her better than McCain, and a Republican voting for Clinton (or Obama) because they're trying to prolong the primary, then that's not funny—it's pathetic.

I thought about this very thing when a "pundit's" show was going over the polls last night. These aren't "new" voters at all. It is "Operation Chaos" when Republican talk show hosts and Republican blogs encourage it. When Republican voters are talking openly about their party switch this way, it's obvious not a crossing party line appeal.
Obama may not be anything new and he may not even be that different but he is NOT four to eight more years of Bush, Clinton, Bush and Clinton or Bush-lite (McCain).

I don't think it's gonna work. People are switching to the democratic side, because of the affects of a Bush White House. The majority of Americans are desperate for change. Obama has been able to get the attention of Americans in astounding numbers. We want our troops home, a stable Iraq, a stable economy, decreased health care premiums, tax breaks, lower gas prices, and on and on. Whatever role Limbaugh thinks he is playing, by trying to prolong our misery is a joke. Look...I hope and pray Obama is the nominee (and he will be), but regardless of who it is...we will have one and they will win the General Election.
