The SoS has taken a big chunk of votes away from Obama and a few away from Hillary.

The anomaly occured in Lancaster county, which showed about 10,000 extra votes for Obama on the state website, but the county website had the correct number all along.

Well, I'm giving up on this topic, but the difference between the AP numbers and state numbers was 20,000+ in Hillary's favor from the AP. That 10,000 alone wouldn't have explained it. Who knows?
Have you noticed how the % of precincts reporting remains the same for hours while the vote totals change? Maybe they count the votes as reported before they actually tabulate them? Maybe they report raw numbers, then audit them and correct?
God forbid we should ever have a close election with confusing results and need a recount. Since that's impossible, we'd just have to accept the winner on trust. There's little reason to trust the results of any of these elections now.
