Obama is Apollo Creed?
The Huffington Post just posted this story:"Clinton Compares Herself To Rocky Balboa: We Have A Lot In Common".
Please stay with me on this . . .
So she is OVERTLY saying that she is like Rocky - the underdog . . . someone who doesn't quit.
But COVERTLY . . . and stay with me . . . is she saying, "I am the white guy and he is the black guy"?
With all that is being perceived by the electorate and her troubles so far, do you think she is stepping so low to announce this?
Or am I looking to far into it? Would love your comments.

Interesting take. I still like Allsburg's post pointing out that Rocky lost, and as I said before, I was more than ready to see the Italian Stallion go after the last (and hopefully final, done, over) sequel.

Nahh. It was only a matter of time before one or the other pandered to Philly's strange obsession with Stallone's best fictional character.
I really don't think she's trying to tap into the racial element here. Heck, as any Rockyphile knows, by III, ol' Rock and Apollo were best pals, executing one of the most awkward man-hugs in the history of cinema (the one on the beach after the training run). By IV, the Rockster was avenging Apollo's death.
Hard to see Clinton and Obama ending up this way. Sure would make a good SNL skit, though...
