Howard Wolfson, Clinton Campaign Spokesperson, owns an equity interest in Glover Park Group, which signed a $40,000 per month contract with Colombia to promote the trade agreement Clinton has been campaigning against.

Wolfson resigned from all day-to-day operations of his FORMER employer, unlike Mark Penn. Your insinuation is a crock..... and an irresponsible misread of the situation.

I think that your point about Wolfson resigning from the day-to-day operations of the company during the campaign removes this type of conflict. He is obviously much more responsible than Penn.
I also don't want the word "Colombia" to become a bad word on this site either. The trade agreement with Colombia is debatable in it's value to the American people; but Colombia is a great partner in South America and also a great place despite it's problems.

Talk about double dealing! I think Hillary supports the Columbia trade deal too. She's just taking a different position publicly while the election is in progress. Too many people from her camp are trumpeting this deal for it to be a coincidence.

Also many of Hillary's donors (per the article) have ties to Columbia (or interests in the trade deal). And we've seen what Hillary's donors try to do when the Democrats don't do what they want.

Sure, the Clintons have a lot of ties to Columbia. But those ties are only on the supply side.
On the other hand, Obama's ties to Columbia are on the demand side (hint: \snort).
