Preliminary Numbers for Clinton
According to HuffPo, Barack had $42 million available for primary as of April 1st. Hillary's numbers are apparently not up yet, but she is reportedly going to have about $8 million available for the primary. Cutting it pretty close to the deadline for issuing numbers..

...which is why Obama's strategy for PA was so brilliant. He knew going in that he probably wasn't going to win, but by doing a media blitz there, he's forcing Clinton to spend a lot of money in PA as well, depleting her reserves for the upcoming primaries in NC, SD, IN, OR, etc.

The $8 million is there if she doesn't pay any of $10 million in debt. If she paid off her debts to other, and half of her own loan from January, she'd be stone-cold broke.
