Sinbad, I've been trying to get you to respond to this for some time. I believe we have the opportunity now, that the sniper fire has died down, to clear up some lingering issues-- issues that could harm you in the general. This is something you said in a 1997 issue of Ebony:

I didn't make the Air Force basketball team and went into denial. So, I kept going AWOL. My mother kept begging me to go back. I told her, 'No, I'm not going back. I'll just grow a beard. They won't recognize me. I'll just be another Black man with a beard.' I was going to Georgia Tech to learn about computers. I'd go AWOL all the time. I'd just leave. I'd come back, hoping they'd throw me out.

As a fellow celebrity, let me just say that I loved your performance in Jingle All The Way. It was a quiet, yet very powerful, piece of work. Also, Necessary Roughness is one of the more under-appreciated films in history.
