What's next...
I am glad the PA primary is over. I don't ever want to hear about PA ever again. I don't think I can watch Rocky ever again. And the sight of a Philly cheese steak will make me gag.
So now that PA is over, I hope the press will switch their attention to HRC--because God knows they've been on Obama's ass for six weeks now.
Here is what I hope they ask Sen. Clinton. Are you really going to nuke Iran if they nuke Israel? When did Israel become the 51st state of our Union? Do you think this kind of rhetoric will help diplomacy with Iran? Do you know that GWB and McCain have never said they would nuke Iran? Now I believe in Israel's right to exist, but this whole umbrella in the Middle East idea is more of the same Bush doctrine.

They're going to keep going after Obama, unfortunately. Not because of some hidden agenda, but because it makes a better story. They almost always go after the lead candidate. The longer the election stays close the higher the ratings.

I still can't believe a single Democrat voted for her after the 'destroy iran' comment.
Really.
What exactly is the difference between Hillary and McCain on that particular subject?
Hillary = Bush. There's a reason you don't hear the Clinton's criticize the invasion of Iraq, they were for it... and they of all people knew how thin the WMD evidence was. The Clinton's are still for the war in Iraq.
Excuse me for saying this but voters are stupid - how can a candidate say they are going to bring troops home in one breath and declare war on another nation in the other - and still get the anti-war vote within 24 hours?
Who do you think Hillary is going to send to Iran when she seeks and destroys it? Not Bill. Not Chelsea. Give me a fucking break. Hillary is going to destroy Iran... I ask her - Yeah, you and what army?

I will admit, when Obama was making his speech and started talking about an America for everyone--male, female, black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, etc.--it was like a breath of fresh air to emerge from the Pennsylvania focus on "What do the blue-collar, gun-totin', beer-swillin' white folks think???"
Oh yeah! While the people in the Pennsylvania heartland certainly DO count, and I'd argue with anyone who tries to trivialize them, there's a lot more diversity in our country than that after all, isn't there?
As long as nobody big and public goes on tape asking Hillary to drop out, I think she'll get more media attention, if only because the MSM has exhausted themselves on Obama these last seven weeks. In fact, what would be great is if someone goes on tape asking Obama to drop out, and he gets a little underdog cred again.
What would be greater would be the press focusing on just the kinds of issues witty1 just mentioned. Obliterate Iran? Is she freakin' KIDDING us?
