Lest you think the time travel thing will prove difficult, all she needs is something really dense that spins rapidly. I believe Mark Penn qualifies for that.

Surprisingly, at the time that movie was made, no one on Earth was dense enough to actually make that possible, so that was just more typical Hollywood bad "science". (We're literally talking "black hole" densities, although I suppose "density" is a slight misnomer since it's really the ratio of M/R that matters and not M/R³.)
