As of Tuesday, More Superdelegates Available than Pledged Delegates.... This show is almost over!

There are currently 404 pledged delegates left to be allocated; that number will be down to 217 Wednesday. By comparison, there are roughly 275 unpledged delegates (automatic and add-ons) still up for grabs. That's a reminder that Obama has both a big lead and that Clinton's running out of ways to close it. It's also a reminder that Obama's strong hand isn't only, or even primarily, about the math. It's about the politics. "

Obama no longer has a strong hand. He is sinking everywhere. He has never won a caucus by such a slim margin as he did in Guam. His double digit lead in North Carolina is moving toward a near defeat and he has failed to nail down enough white voters in Indiana.
Because -- even without the Wright disaster -- he would never have been able to get the minimum number of pledged delegates to claim the nomination, the superdelegates must map out a solution which will reconciliate the two fairly equal factions and may end up by the choice of a third candidate.

In this post, as usual, Senator Obama and his supporters are pandering to the lobbyists for Big Math. Well I say enough is enough! No more taxpayer money going to support these bitter, wealthy, elitist, adders and subtracters with their so-called "arithmetic"!

This will get to the point where Obama has 2024+ delegates and there is a single superdelegate left undecided. Hillary and her supporters will fight like crazy to get that superdelegate so they can claim she has momentum.
For Clinton supporters: This is a race, like a horserace. There are two horses in the race and one horse is way out front. It doesn't matter how much momentum the second horse has if the leading horse crosses the finish line first.
