Hillary: "I Am the Only Woman Who Matters"
According to Newsweek's Howard Fineman, Hillary is demanding that she
be offered the VP slot so that she can refuse it. She's also told the
Obama campaign that they had better not dare to offer the slot to another woman. Apparently Hillary is only interested in breaking the glass ceiling for herself.

Yeah really makes sense. Clinton wants Obama to offer her the VP spot so she can reject it, and then makes sure it gets leaked to Howard Fineman. But it makes Hillary look bad, so post away!

Yeah, that worked out well.
The loss in 84 was Mondale's fault, not Ferraro's, but damn, did she ever turn into a train wreck for not only herself, but for Hillary this year.

And, as one of the MSNBC analysts said tonight, if Obama asks and Hillary refuses, the eventual VP nominee will be branded as Obama's 2nd choice.
