Which Candidate would best represent Women's Rights?

I would like to perform a gedankenexperiment that assumes the Presidential nominees are John McCain and Barack Obama.  I call this a thought experiment because there is, as of this posting, no guantee that Barack Obama will be the Democratic nominee.  But let's assume that he his (please don't post that he is already the nominee, that's not my point and unfair to the gedankenexperiment), who between McCain and Obama would better represent women's rights?

I look forward to your comments and discussion.

I forgot to add, I used "the Google" to find McCain's website. I'm surprised he even knows what the internets is. I know I'm tipping my hand a bit, but you should try it too. And then comment and discuss!

I AM an idiot, I forgot to say that I will stay largely silent on this issue, I'm really curious as to what you have to say.

Peace. Love. Dove, my babies!

Well, if women's rights involve Roe v Wade, then of course Obama is the choice at hand.

If women's rights involve equal pay for equal work, then of course Obama is the choice at hand.

If women's rights involve having their military sons, husbands, fathers, brothers, nephews, friends, daughters, mothers, sisters, nieces come home from Iraq in a smooth and peaceful deployment, then of course Obama is the choice at hand.

If women's rights involve having inexpensive access to health care for themselves and their children and loved ones, then of course Obama is the choice at hand.

If women's rights involves having a country that is no longer looked upon as being a bullying, sabre-rattling threat, then of course Obama is the choice at hand.

That's all I can think of for now.

Obama, hands down. McCain is still stuck in a pre-Roe v. Wade mindset.

This is a joke, right?

No. Discuss. Please.

What? There is no question it would be Obama. For all of the Hillary supporters who are threatening to vote McCain, think again. This guy is on the record promising to overturn Roe. Even though Bush has done a number on SCOTUS, McCain would just make the court even more right wing.
