Pat Leahy vs. The Joker

If you haven't seen the new Batman flick -- do yourself a favor and go.  One scene is specifically politically relevant (all scenes are generally politically relevant).

In this one particular scene, The Joker parades through Bruce Wayne's party asking the guests where the District Attorney is.  The Joker eventually gets in Pat Leahy's face.  Mr. Leahy tells him, "you don't intimidate us."

I have supplied a link to the little remembered prequel, in which Leahy's first encounters The Joker.

That movie was absolutely brilliant. Heath Ledger was beyond amazing, but I must admit, if anyone deserves an Oscar, it's Leahy. ;D

VT Represent!!

A thread to discuss the political implications of the movie would be interesting.

Good call... coming up!
