The Time reports on said article, like every other media outlet. and their the one's smearing the Clintons? Also if you want to throw some blame here you might want to try the Clinton staffers that gave The Atlantic the memos, emails and interviews in the first place. You ask me these are the people you should be holding accountable.

from my reading no quarter it has been thouroughly explained that the consitution stated no president could have dual citizenship due to divided loyalties to the united states. if you want to read the entire research you should as this may in fact have legs and while you rant on about how mccain is the one not eligible you may end up with egg on your face.

There is a potential Constitutional problem with a POTUS having held dual citizenship; Article II of the constitution requires the POTUS and Commander-in-Chief to have only ONE loyalty to country, and that must be to the US.

You will find this paragraph. No other paragraph involves the qualifications to become President:

No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

Many people feel the fourteen year provision was included so Alexander Hamilton could become President. Did not happen, of course.
