One possible Obama reaction

"I have my own experience with rocketing onto the national stage, so I can appreciate and understand where Mrs. Palin is coming from. And I think Mrs. Palin is an encouraging choice, a sign that the Republicans are willing to move beyond some of the divisions of yesterday. I congratulate her and welcome her to this race. Of course, if you look at her policies, she's right where president Bush is -- in some ways, even further away from the mainstream. She wants to repeal Roe v. Wade, supports the Bush tax cuts on the wealthy, <blah blah>. We'll continue to vigorously make the case that this election is too important for four more years of the same failed policies. Oh, and by the way, Hillary Clinton will be the first woman president."
