That's what it seems like. Too bad that there is going to be judged on a headline "Russia Invaded" and nobody is going to care for the context. Plus, who's business is it to police Russia?

You're right. We're on overload and it's impossible to respond to it all. Russia and Georgia just take a back seat to our election, the Olympics and John Edwards. It's true that war is commonplace in our world today, and our country really only reacts to it in any big way when it starts affecting us at home. And even then, it's pretty hard to get any kind of widespread support to stop it.
Sadly, wars will go on and on, and genocide will continue. I see no end to it on my horizon - er... time line.
