Could Mississippi turn more competitive?
If John McCain ducks from the Debate and costs 'Ole Miss Millions of Dollars? I am not holding my breath, but it Could be interesting. The state as a whole is VERY loyal to their beloved Rebels.

Eh, it could be a possibility. Obama tried putting Southern states in play due to large African-American populations (MS has the largest of all US states). If all black people vote for him, he'd need less than 1/3 of support from whites.
I doubt it, but if things get much better in the next couple of weeks they could try putting it in play.

I wondered the same thing. I'll bet more people will be watching now and that is plus. It would be the ultimate response to John Drama McCain and his yup yup sidekick. One can always hope.
