Fishing earmarks might have a smell.
I went and read the 4 page earmark request form on the AK website, and I notice a trend. There are a LOT of fishing related requests. 12 that relate to the industry to be exact.

If I am not mistaken, Todd has a commercial fishery. I do not know if any conclusive research has been done to prove this, but it would be something to check into. It is possible that the Palins are applying for or receiving subsidies back through Todd's commercial fishing business.
It seems to me if that is happening and can be proven with a paper trail, it would be quite damning. If she is not just the earmark queen, but they also enhance their own family income using the federal money given to their state it would be a more effective line of attack. Does anyone know if research to this effect has been attempted by anyone?

If you have list of earmarks and communities they go to, it's public information on how they are disbursed with all the particulars.
If it goes to state, same applies. Not difficult, just takes a bit of time and energy.
