Bad day in the money world yesterday.  Lots are wondering who to tar and feather.

There's some pretty good indications that SEC Chairman Chris Cox should be first in line.

Cox is the financial worlds top enforcer and investigator.  He's in charge of a lot of the activities that could put a halt to the financial mess that's beginning to unfold before us.

So where is he?  What is he doing? More importantly, what is he NOT doing that needs to be done RIGHT NOW?
