Sen. McCain's should know this basic maxim of problem-solving.  Frankly, it is undertandable that neither McCain or Obama particularly desire to take the lead on this volatile, potentially no-win issue.  At least Obama is willing to put Country First and follow or at least stay out of the way.

Instead, John McCain not only refuses to lead or follow, but is only getting in the way.
