Martial Law - Really
MIt might be time to REALLY start worrying. The US Army has announced that it will be deploying an ENTIRE BRIGADE for duty in the United States. This is unprecedented.
Here is the link to the army website.

This comes in conjunction with repeated claims that there are not currently enough active troops to adequately handle Iraq and Afghanistan.
I am not a conspiracy theorist or political radical - just an engineer with a pickup truck and a Labrador retriever – but this scares the hell out of me.
There can be only one reason for an entire combat brigade to be deployed at home, and it isn’t trash pickup.
The current administration has had eight years to lay the groundwork for martial law – the Patriot Act is the cornerstone. The current financial crisis could easily be spun into the “national emergency” that justifies the end of Constitutional government in the US.
All the fuss about Palin, Wall Street etc. is providing perfect cover, and nobody seems concerned about this. It might already be too late to do anything about it.

And don't forget they have trained pastors to urge their flocks to "obey the troops." Posted that on another blog that flagged this. I'll look for the links.

Looks like some kind of "emergency" a comin'. Guess it will be too dangerous for us to have an election and change leaders.
At least this will take care of our constant worrying over polls. Won't need polls anymore.
Thank goodness we have such a resolute leader.
On Nov. 5 you can find me in the hills. I'll be the one with the caches of food, water and ammo. The rest of you guys stay away.

My guess is that this has something to do with the election... guess if Bush can't get the economic superpower he wants to make his rape of the constitution complete his next option is revolution?
