McCain's extortion
In response to his negative campaign, McCain has repeated several times that Obama should have accepted his invitation on the town halls. Meaning, if you don't do want I want, I will spread lies about you.
Sounds like a tantrum to me.

To me it is another pat answer. He has said it before. It's like his 'because I was a POW' response. He lies and puts out sleazy attacks and when you say Senator how do you feel about your sleazy attacks on Obama, Senator McCain says 'well I would never have had to do that if he would have agreed to have the town hall meetings the way I wanted to'. He blames Obama and says its Obama' fault that he has to resort to lies and sleaze. Someone needs to hold him accountable here!!! "So senator McCain, you abandon all honor and integrity when someone doesn't to what you want them to'... and you do this because 'they make you do it?' 'Sir is it possible that your years as a POW have left you with some scars that might have taken a toll on your judgement and temperament?'

I'm starting to wonder if "Why can't John McCain be his own man?" wouldn't be a good line of attack at this point. After Lieberman having to correct him during the his overseas trip, his hiding behind Cindy during the "houses" episode, his need to have Palin with him wherever he goes, and attempts like this to blame Obama for his own shortcomings and lack of integrity, I'm thinking you could put together a couple really good ads along those lines.
