McCain camp is claiming they fully vetted Palin.  Just curious, why did she say on CNBC in July what exactly does a VP do?  If she was fully vetted and sat for hours of interviews with the vetting team, it would seem that she would ask herself ifshe were unclear.  Asking the question on national television, as a governor, raises serious questions about her aptitude to be VP based on a lack of understanding of the branches of government.
