Typically, Down's Syndrome children are highly sensitive to loud noise and stimulus. As I understand, it is highly questionable to bring that baby into such environments.

Yeah, that has been making me sick for some time now. All the loud rallies that I have seen Sarah Palin in she has the baby there. Why? babies are sensitive to loud music and Down's Syndrome babies more so and yet there she is parading that baby like a football. Who does this?
