McCain cited John Lewis as one of the 3 wisest people
,,,in his life
In the midst of the latest kerfufle and distraction by folks who not actually campaign spokemen, it is worth pointing out that at Rev. Warren Saddlebackevent, McCain cited, Gen Petraeus and John Lewis and Meg Whitman as the three wisest people in his life.
So maybe when John Lewis speaks, being one of the three wises people in John McCain's life, according to John McCain, maybe John McCain should listen.

Right, and would you, at least, consider the words of those wisest? I mean, ponder, take the time to understand, consult the person..., instead of firing up an immediate response requesting that Obama repudiates.
We are still waiting for McCain to repudiate the "palling with terrorists" comment.

Of course, what McCain said at Saddleback was pure pander: "Hey, I gave props to a black, a woman, and America's favorite junior general." So don't expect any great amount of introspection at Lewis's words.
