Palin the Passive Perp
One of the funny things about Palin's claim against her own brother-in-law is her own complicity in what she claims is child abuse.
Apparently, her brother-in-law, Wooten, tasered a child. However, at the time, Palin did not do anything about it. She only made accusations after Wooten's marriage with her sister ended.
In short, by her own admission, she failed to take action when she believed a child had been abused. It was not just any child, it was her own nephew.
Most people, when they suspect child abuse, call humans services. Human Services conducts an investigation and may remove the child from the home if they believe the child is endangered. If the child is left in the home, the home is monitored in an effort to protect the child.
So why didn't Sarah Palin report what she believed was child abuse?
Social workers would describe Sarah Palin as a passive perpetrator. While she did not engage in the abusive behavior, she allowed it to take place. She did not make any efforts to stop it or prevent it from recurring. She is just as culpable as her brother-in-law.
Thank you for bringing this up. I've thought about it this too. To me it just illustrates another segment of the twisted, fabricated, little world Sara lives in.
I love my nieces and nephews and if someone EVER did anything to harm them, I do believe I would go postal. I would have DHS, the police and maybe even find some guy named Vinnie to give the abuser an attitude adjustment. Well, maybe not that far, but I definately would get every child welfare department on the case.
Sara allowed her trooper brother-in-law to taser her nephew and did nothing about it except complain after the fact. I think this points to the fact that either 1. she's lying about the whole incident or 2. it shows that her pro-life agenda only applies until the child is born.
