This link to youtube was just provided by a friend of mine here at TPM and I don't know the background yet, but it appears that the guy on the screen is reading actual Minutes from a Wasilla mayoral meeting.
I will dig further in the morning, as to the actual context, but thought I'd post it tonight because 1) it's well done and 2) it's skeery.

This would be funny if it weren't true...
Yes I can see why she was elected mayor... it sounds a lot like being the head of the PTA.
She has no business being anywhere near the presidency.
