Obama ! Send Help Down Ticket
Things are going pretty well for Obama. Things would go even better with nine pick-ups in the Senate. It might be worth it for Obama to swing through some states where he could make a difference in a senate race. Oregon is one. Gordon Smith is compaigning on his liberal stances--all one of them-- as if he were Obama. An Obama visit to support Jeff Merkely could take old Gordon down.

Any chance for health insurance will depend on solid support from the Congress. So, I agree. Send help wherever it can make a difference.

There must be some way this guy will have to pay for his support of McCain and Palin. What are the chances and when?

Unfortunately, the voters can't give him the boot till 2012. I expect to be long-gone from CT by then. But if the Democrats pick up the seats they need, they better kicks his you-know-what to the curb as fast as possible.

The system is often slow to load C, and then it often logs me out. But when I hit the little "Log In" button, it automatically brings me back in. Not sure if this helps.
