      	Why has no one, including those in the Obama campaign, picked up on the extraordinary story the Times published on its front page at the end of January about Bill Clinton visiting Kazakhstan and rhapsodizing about its bloody dictator, then collecting many millions from a businessman friend who accompanied him and who landed a giant uranium contract, undoubtedly because of our former president. Why imagine that Bill won&apos;t seek chances to similarly mine Hillary&apos;s presidency?
