Has McCain decided to hold back his economic policy plan until the debate tomorrow night?  He would have a larger forum than he would today - competing with Obama's plan to be announced later.  He could also put Obama very publicly on the back foot during the debate, and would come out of it as the only one with something new to say.  He did this last week with his mortgage buyout plan and, even though the plan was later debunked, McCain received a lot of credibility for a day or two, even from diehard Dem analysts.
