Thera, thank you for connecting me up w/ IT...I swear all this getting to know each other has got to help with the big picture. It is hard to discriminate against people you know...I love this place, wish the whole world would do what we do here!

I'd like to post mine, too. I got a lot of empathy but few suggestions for a solution or a fight back. I'm curious to know if anyone has inside experience with the credit industry and offer a good knife in the side to AmEx...
