Democratic presidential candidate told Entertainment Tonight Friday that she was looking forward to spending time with Kate McKinnon, a “Saturday Night Live” cast member who impersonates the former secretary of state.

That was among the hints that Clinton dropped during the interview that suggested she would appear on the Oct. 3 episode of “SNL.”

The New York Times reported Thursday, citing unnamed sources, that Clinton would appear on the premiere of “SNL” in a skit alongside McKinnon.

Clinton also mentioned Amy Poehler, who had impersonated Clinton during her 2008 presidential bid.

“I have not seen as much of Kate yet, and Amy is a friend of mine — we have known each other and done things together — but they come at it from a slightly different perspective, and I learned something about myself from them pretending to be me,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “So, I’m looking forward to spending the time with Kate.”
